Overview

Who We Are Seeking

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Producer to support digital web production and ongoing maintenance across multi-site web properties. This will be a part-time role with us. You will work closely with lead producers, motion designers, developers, and localized content platforms to organize deliverables, coordinate workflows, and ensure complex web updates run smoothly.

Organization and thoughtfulness will be the leading qualities in everything you do, while focusing on a sense of timeliness and ownership to drive tasks to completion. You will be responsible for helping manage project schedules, budget, resourcing, and supporting the internal team’s workflow.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day web updates, routine content changes, media swaps, and minor site enhancements across various active digital properties
  • Organize, package, and track production assets, creative deliverables, and site content to ensure smooth handoffs to design and technical teams
  • Collaborate closely with internal producers, developers, and creative teams to align on schedules, remove blockers, and maintain project momentum
  • Keep project on track through clear task lists, organized meeting notes and action items
  • Help prepare internal and client-facing presentations, including coordination of meetings
  • Support in resource management, including on-boarding of new team members
  • Assist in developing project estimates and schedules
  • Proactively identify ways to improve workflow efficiency and output quality

Required Skills

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • 1–2 years of digital agency, production, and/or web coordination experience
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in a tech-focused environment 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Team player who is positive and proactive 
  • Experience with Google Workspace (e.g. Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Experience with Figma, Jira or another project management tool, a bonus!
  • Client-facing experience, a bonus!

Compensation

Compensation

The hourly range for this role is $40.00 to $50.00 and applies only to jobs performed in Culver City, California. This range represents the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Please note that we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
