Overview

Who We Are Seeking

We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the blog publishing process for our Developer Marketing blogs. In this role, you will manage the full publishing cycle from start to finish, working with various internal teams to ensure timely and effective content delivery.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the publishing workflow: Oversee all stages of the blog post lifecycle, including initial intake, content development, approvals, localization, staging, and final publication.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for all blog-related communications. This includes managing intake requests, setting clear expectations with stakeholders, and providing guidance on timelines and best practices.
  • Content preparation: Work with content creators to ensure all blog posts adhere to established templates, and are properly reviewed and approved before publishing.
  • Staging and optimization: Use a Content Management System (CMS) to build and stage blog posts, ensuring all necessary metadata, tags, and tracking parameters are in place for analytics.
  • Reporting: Create and present monthly performance reports to leadership, providing insights on blog performance and trends.
  • Process improvement: Continuously seek out and implement improvements to optimize the blog publishing process for efficiency and scale.

Required Skills

  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage expectations and maintain clear documentation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience working within a CMS is highly preferred; experience with Wagtail or Blogger is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with an embedded team or digital agency is preferred

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
