Who We Are Seeking
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented program manager to join our team and directly support one of our largest clients. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing production expertise, operational oversight, and innovative thinking to support various program needs such as marketing campaigns, product launches, and more. This role will support senior stakeholders in developing scalable program strategy, and drive the execution of this framework for the team across the entire 2025 roadmap. You’ll be joining a small but mighty team that is looking for someone who can help the team operate more effectively and efficiently.

Compensation
The hourly range for this role is $35 - $45/hour and applies only to jobs performed in Culver City, California. This range represents the lowest to highest pay rate we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Please note that we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
