Overview

What You'll Do

As a Sales Director, you will lead the new business generation and sales strategy, along with its execution for our Products & Platforms pod. This role combines the need for sales leadership, strategy, and execution to drive a holistic approach to generating new projects focused on the pod’s areas of expertise such as: Custom platform development and digital ecosystem engineering, product and technical strategy, complex system integration, scalable architecture design, production-grade implementation and maintenance, and technical team augmentation and transition planning.


What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Track record of generating new business/sales of +$2M (yearly) for projects involving complex digital products/platform builds
  • Proven experience working in a Digital Agency or in a Consulting environment focused on digital products/emerging technologies (NO digital media, SaaS, etc.)
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of cultivating high-level client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in creative technology and digital innovation.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing market demands and technology landscapes.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
