We operate fully remote, and our team members enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere within the U.S. and Canada time zones while keeping a balanced relationship with their personal life.

At Left Field Labs, our curiosity drives us to seek out uncommon solutions to our shared challenges. Our purpose is to positively impact the human experience with everything we invent. We’re looking for those who can craft unique solutions through empathy.

Interested in joining a culture that celebrates diversity, encourages curiosity, and creates with purpose? Are you the kind of person who obsesses over details, thrives in a collaborative environment, and jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges? Confident that you’re at the top of your game and ready to invent with others who are at the top of theirs? Check out our open position and let’s talk.

Overview

Who We Are Seeking

This role will be heavily focused on developing products to support livestreamed content. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for gaming and interactive content – maybe even someone that has done a bit of that themselves! You will be responsible for ideating, pitching, and championing a wide range of initiatives which support a mature organization servicing hundreds of thousands of users. We are looking for a confident yet humble communicator. This role will require effective communication with various vendor partners as well as senior executives. This person must be able to process vast amounts of information from various stakeholders and effectively summarize everything into concise business/product requirements depending on their audience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the ideation and development cycle for a number of high profile products. Working at the cross section of business/product strategy, technology and user experience, you will guide products from conception to launch. We are looking for someone with the ability and knowledge to break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development at scale. Last, but not least, the Product Manager is the voice of the user for the team and for our clients, and must be passionate about the users’ needs, wants, and experience of the product.

If you thrive in a highly collaborative environment and would jump at the opportunity to take on exciting and novel projects with significant impact at its core - this position is the one for you!
