Who We Are Seeking

The client marketing team that you would work directly with focuses on promoting the client’s dynamic suite of productivity and collaboration tools to businesses and organizations demonstrating how they can improve workplace efficiency, communication, and teamwork through integrated cloud-based tools.

 

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Program Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing production expertise, operational oversight, and innovative thinking to support various program needs such as marketing campaigns, product launches, and more.

 

This role will support senior stakeholders in developing scalable program strategy, and drive the execution of this framework for the team across the entire 2025 roadmap.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Support cross-functional stakeholders in development and execution of the team’s program strategy
  • Support Product Marketing Managers, Brand, and Marketing stakeholders in management of each marketing campaign lifecycle, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis and reporting, ensuring that each initiative contributes to the ambitious growth OKRs established
  • Lead customization and implementation of program strategy based on stakeholder and project-specific needs. 
  • Formalize program-specific workflows, compliance policies, and best practices. Distribute knowledge via documentation and/or training where applicable
  • Regularly evaluate program for process improvement, and recommend changes in processes, tools, and/or resourcing 
  • Implement opportunities for program improvements
  • Proactively identify and solve administrative tasks, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. 
  • Regularly communicate program status updates to relevant stakeholders

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Required Skills

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • 4+ years of program management and or production experience of successful marketing campaigns and project roadmaps
  • Experience directly leading projects with Fortune 500 technology companies
  • Ability to independently develop and lead project plans to completion
  • Experience leading and participating in cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management workflows and best practices, specifically within an agency environment or tech company environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. 
  • Ability to thrive and lead in an ambiguous environment to develop clear project goals and objectives.
  • Dynamic individual who thrives in both relationship building and problem solving with very little direction
